-Please inspect your order upon reception and Don’t take it from the courier if the item is wrong, defective, broken damaged, or even if you didn’t like it.
– We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. To be eligible for that and due to how fragile our products are your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.

85% from our products are handmade, during the manufacturing process, each stage is done by the hands of a different artisan that’s why no matter how hard we try, the pieces produced will never be 100% identical. However, this gives each piece its own beauty.
